Frequently Asked Questions

What to do before my reservation starts? Our waivers are all digital. The reservation, ID, and credit card for payment and waiver completion must all be under the same name . Please complete your digital waiver before arriving to the front desk to make your check-in seamless!

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept credit and debit card payments only. Apple Pay and cash are not accepted.

Is experience necessary? No boating license required. Our boats are very easy to operate, about as easy as driving a golf cart. The only requirement is the driver must be 18 years of age or older.

How many people fit on a boat Our boats, including the Fantail 217 can accommodate up to 10 people, including small children and infants. It is important to adhere to this limit, as it is the maximum capacity our boats are rated for to ensure safety and comfort.

Where do i park? Parking for all reserved renters and walk-ons have full access to the entire main Getaway Lot as well as our extended beach parking lot.

What do i do for food and drinks? You are welcome to bring your own cooler. There are no open container laws prohibiting possession or consumption of alcohol on your boat or other vessel. It is important to note, however, that the same laws apply to the captain as the driver of a motor vehicle; If you’re over the FL legal limit, you can receive a DUI..

Can i decorate my own boat? Yes, you can decorate your boat to make this occasion extra special, visit our shop page to add balloon garlands and more! Unfortunately, you cannot bring third party or mylar balloons since they are prohibited on our boats.

Do you have bathrooms/changing rooms? For your convenience, restrooms are available at The Getaway just past the Grand Tiki Bar. We do have safety lockers at our front desk for all belongings that you don't want to bring on your cruise. As such, we suggest leaving as many items as possible in your car.

What is the cancellation Policy? You may request a full refund minus a $20 processing fee for any cancellation request at least 5 days prior to your cruise. You may reschedule or request a digital raincheck voucher for any cancellation request received between 24 hours to 5 days prior to your cruise. Same day cancellations will result in a no call/ no show. As a result, you forfeit your chance to receive and voucher or a reschedule. A weekday cruise may only be rescheduled or rain checked for another weekday cruise. All requests must be made online by replying to the confirmation email received upon reserving your cruise from reservations@baecruisellc.com In the event that BaeCruise is compelled to cancel reservations owing to inclement weather or unforeseeable extenuating circumstances beyond their jurisdiction or control, per company policy and rental contract, patrons accept to be provided a raincheck voucher in lieu of monetary reimbursements.

Are dogs allowed? Furry friends under 25 lbs are welcome. we do charge a pet cleaning fee of $25.

When should i show up to my reservation? We recommend getting here at least 20 minutes before to get checked in and find parking.

Do you provide life jackets? Yes we do for all ages. All adult life jackets are underneath your seats. Life Jacket Law – Florida law requires that every child under age 6 must wear a life jacket at all times while on a moving vessel of any length.

Terms & Conditions

Article 1. General Unless otherwise defined in these terms and conditions, all terms used shall have the following definitions. BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC: BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC, a user of these general terms and conditions. BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC rents out vessels. Lessee: each natural person who enters into an agreement with BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC, or who receives an offer that is governed by these general terms and conditions. If Lessee is a legal entity, please refer to the general terms and conditions for commercial use. These general terms and conditions apply to all BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC’s (rental) agreements. The Lessee’s acceptance of an agreement without any comments is presumed to be an acceptance of these general terms and conditions. Any deviation of these terms and conditions should be made clear in writing in advance. The applicability of any conditions of the Lessee is expressly rejected. Application of any conditions of the Lessee is only possible if agreed in writing by parties. If a situation occurs that is not described in these terms and conditions, this shall be judged in the spirit of these general terms and conditions. BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC may amend the present conditions. Amendments shall also apply to agreements already entered to. BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC shall announce any such amendments well in advance. The Lessee may terminate the agreement as per the date on which the amended conditions will take effect, if the Lessee does not wish to accept such amended conditions.

Article 2. General Rules BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC rents out vessels. Lessee shall behave in accordance with these general rules and will always bear responsibility for the compliance by all passengers with all general rules. Should Lessee (or a person in Lessee’s party) not comply with the general rules, BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC is entitled to terminate the agreement with Lessee with immediate effect. In such an event, there will be no right of restitution for any amount yet paid. General opening hours are indicated on the website and are subject to change. During these hours, Lessee may rent a boat based on availability. BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC reserves the right to apply special rates on holidays including, but not limited to, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, and the Newport Beach Christmas Parade week. • Lessee must be 18 or older. • Vessels are suitable for up to 10 people, • Vessels may not be operated under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • Lessee may not leave the vessel unattended.

Sailing Rules • Safety above all—never take risks. • Stay to the starboard (right) side; follow all speed limits. • Commercial vessels always have right of way. • Make sure you are visible to others • No operating under the influence. • Do not moor to trees, bridges, or marked restricted areas. • Respect the privacy of residents along the water; avoid causing noise/nuisance. • Lessee agrees to receive communications via text and email. Article 4. Rental Period: Beginning, Extension, End • Rental starts at the prearranged time. Late arrival does not change the rental period. • If extension is available, a text message with instructions will be sent 1 hour before return time. • Unreturned boats are charged at double the hourly rate and may incur additional fees (e.g., towing). • Boats must be returned clean and moored properly. A cleaning fee applies for dirty returns.

Article 5. Obligations of BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC and Lessee • Boats will be in good, safe condition, insured, and outfitted with proper safety equipment. • Lessee must not give the boat to a third party. • Lessee is liable for the boat until properly returned. • Towing or retrieval fees will apply if the boat is abandoned. • Lessee is expected to have basic boating competency. • Any damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair is the Lessee’s responsibility. Article 5.1 Possible Costs to Consider • $650 for removing isinglass panels. • $500 for fishing, swimming, or beaching the vessel. • $5 per minute for late returns. • $50 cleaning fee; $150 sanitation fee for human or pet waste.

Article 6. Credit Card and Payment • Lessee authorizes BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC to charge the credit card up to 5 days post-rental. • Charges include rental fees, damages, and late fees. • Deposit deductions apply for damages, late returns, or extensions. • Unpaid balances may lead to immediate revocation of rental privileges. • Legal interest and collection costs apply if payment is not received.

Article 7. Damage and Liability • Lessee is 100% liable for any damage caused to the boat or third parties during the rental. • If used outside the designated area, Lessee is fully responsible for all consequences. • BAECRUISE BOAT RENTAL LLC is not responsible for personal injury or property loss, unless proven negligent.

Article 10. Complaints and Disputes • Complaints must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe. • All disputes are governed by Florida and U.S. law. • Jurisdiction is Florida courts, unless otherwise required by law.
