BaeCruise Boat Club Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a straightforward cancellation policy designed to give both our members and our team clarity and flexibility.

• Membership Cancellation Notice: Members wishing to cancel their BaeCruise Boat Club membership must provide at least 3 months’ written notice prior to the intended cancellation date.

• Written Notice Required: Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to our membership team at reservations@baecruisellc.com or through the official BaeCruise website form.

• Final Billing: Membership fees will continue to be billed during the 3-month notice period. After the notice period ends, no further billing will occur.

• Refunds: Membership fees already paid for months beyond the 3-month notice period are non-refundable.

This policy ensures that members have time to fully enjoy their remaining cruising hours while allowing us to manage scheduling and fleet availability efficiently.
